Finally, brother and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.
The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do you. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.
